Overheard

Last updated August 30, 2026

A simple listening experiment.

These terms keep the MVP legible while Overheard tests whether channel-style podcast discovery is useful.

The service

Overheard organizes publicly available podcast episodes into channels and begins playback at a selected point inside an episode. The catalog changes continuously, and a particular show, episode, or channel is not guaranteed to remain available.

Podcast rights

Podcast names, artwork, episodes, and audio belong to their respective publishers and rights holders. Overheard does not claim ownership of them. Publishers can request correction or removal through the podcast removal form.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, submit someone else's email without permission, evade rate limits, or use sharing links to harm or impersonate another person.

No guarantee

This is an early product. It is provided as available, without a promise that every feed, audio handoff, recommendation, or saved lineup will always work. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

The service and these terms may change as the experiment develops. Material changes will be dated on this page. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
